Visa and Passports
Traveling Passport: Traveller who visit Thailand is required a valid passport. Passport holders of most countries are not required to acquire a visa when entering Thailand for traveling purposes and will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a period of not over 30 days on each visit. Please check the latest information from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (www.mfa.go.th)

Duty Free : Visitor can bring :
- 1 litre of spirituous liquor.
- 200 cigarettes or 250 grams of cigars or smoking tobacco.
- Reasonable quantity of personal belonging
without paying duty.

Insurance : Buying travel insurance is recommended.

Thai plugsElectricity : The electric system in Thailand is 220 V AC. 50 Hz. Most electrical wall outlet take both round, two-prong terminals and flat, two-bladed terminals. It is easier for travelers to bring a plug adapter and votage convertor from home.

Tab water : Tab water in Thailand is cleaned, but drinking from tab is not reccommended.

Money :
- Traveler's cheques - can be cashed at most banks with Exchange sign.
- Credit Card - Major international credit card such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, Dinner are accepted by most bank, shop, hotel, and restaurant.
ATM in Thailand - ATM - Plus and Cirrus network are widely avaliable on most ATM in Thailand. Foreige ATM card with those networks can be used for withdrawing cash through ATM in those network.
