Suan-Lum Night Bazaar

Suan-Lum Night Bazaar is the most popular open air night market in Bangkok. The market is located at the south-eastern corner of Lumpini Park. The easiest way to go to the market is taking MRT subway train to Lumpini station, Suan-Lum Night Bazaar is just next to the station. There are more than 3,500 stores, restaurants, and very huge beer garden in the market. Variety of goods sold in Suan-Lum market such as local craft products, souvenirs, antiques, fashions, food stalls, and etc. (quite similar to Chatuchak Weekend market).

Moreover, Joe Louis Theater is located in the market where you can watch the show of traditional thai classical dance with the puppet (Hun Lakorn Lek). This puppet preforming won the first prize at the World Festival of Puppet Art 2006, that why you shouldn't miss. (Ticket : 600 Baht - Reservations required)
